What is People First Design?
People First Design is a philosophy and practice that prioritises the needs, comfort, and dignity of the people using a product or service — above all else. It means building things that are accessible, readable, fast, and honest. It means removing friction, respecting attention, and never manipulating or deceiving users.
The core idea is simple: every design decision should benefit the person using it, not just the person building it.
