• Content: Site content is informational. Don't reuse assets without permission. Your submitted content stays yours, but you give us a license to display it.
• Don't: abuse the site, bypass security, scrape, or impersonate others.
• Third-party services (YouTube, Spotify, etc.) have their own terms — those apply when you use those features.
• No warranties: Site is provided "as is." We're not liable for losses or damages from your use.
• Disputes: Governed by Australian law. EU/UK consumer rights still apply if you're there.
• Changes: We may update these terms. Continued use = acceptance.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this site or its APIs, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

This site is intended for a general audience. The site is not directed to children and does not allow anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your local region) to submit personal information without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Admin areas are restricted to authorized users only.

3. Content and ownership

Site content is for informational and entertainment purposes and may change without notice. You may link to public pages. Do not reuse site assets unless they are clearly licensed for reuse or you have written permission. Credit the site if you quote or reference it.

Your submissions (e.g., form input, webhook content, comments if enabled) remain yours. YouTube API data is read-only and limited to latest uploads; no sensitive scopes are requested. Your use of YouTube features is subject to YouTube Terms of Service.

7. Accounts and admin access

Admin or authenticated areas are for authorized users only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials. We may revoke access for suspected abuse.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the site.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the site owner harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access (especially to admin areas) if we detect abuse, security risk, or violations of these terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts located in Australia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you are in the EU/UK and mandatory consumer venue rules apply, those still apply.

13. Export and sanctions
